Unreasonable store policy
I bought a necklace a couple days ago, but changed my mind coming home. So I told my husband to return it for me today. And found out that they only do store credit. When I was paying, the staff only told me within 14days or something I’ll be able to return it, without mentioning they can only do exchange or store credit... Anyway, I think this policy is ridiculous and will never buy anything from them again!
