POOR SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES
I’m getting an engagement and wedding band set. When purchased, I was told I could bring them back on Monday to have them sized and they’d be ready by Wednesday. When we got there, we were told instead it’d be Friday, which disappointed me because I purchased it with the thought I’d be able to propose at a certain time. I had things all planned out. I call on Friday at 4 to see if I could pick them up so I could propose tonight at a dinner I planned. Well NOPE, because they didn’t have my rings yet and I was told they’d be ready the next day. When I told the guy on the phone they needed to do something to make it right, he got a prissy attitude with me and hung up! I’d rather get a refund and take my money elsewhere. Honestly, they should just give me my money back and give me the ring. Just unprofessional and rude. So pissed!
