Bad customer service
We went there to buy shoes for my wife. The lady who helped her to find the shoe was really helpful and good. But the Asian girl on the register was totally unprofessional. She didn't even say hi to us. My wife asked the price and she didn't even reply. All the time she was talking to other customer when she was dealing with us. Very bad customer service from the Asian girl. If she would do that in my store, I would terminate her right a way.
