Horrible experience!
Took my granddaughter age 3 and sister 10 months. Told we need waiver for everyone 2 adults one toddler and baby!! System kept locking up. Finally completed and young girl at desk, maybe 15 says how many. We said 1 as baby would not be climbing. She said she had to pay and the adults must buy socks. I asked to speak to manager and she was in charge! Ridiculous! We left and will not return!! What a rip-off and children running things!
Worst staff and service
Worst experience with their customer service. Staff is passive aggressive, corporate is non responsive in handling complaints. As long as they get paid, they do not care about your experience. When you go there, they’ll happily take your $ but if anything happens, they will not take care of you. Be warned!
