Other stores can have my business
I wasn’t allowed to shop in there because I had a stroller. It’s a KIDS store. Most people going in will have a stroller. She said that I would have to keep it at the front because of the size of the aisles. Well there are much smaller stores in here that don’t say a word about having a stroller. This kids store made it so anyone with babies or small kids in strollers or even a wheel chair can’t shop there w/o leaving babies alone at the front.
Complaint
Hello.
I’ve visited the Monroe, Louisiana store twice and was not let inside. The gate was down during business hours with NO sign informing customers that they were closed for whatever reason. I was completely ignored by staff and all I wanted was a backpack for my son. This is unacceptable.
