Horrible customer service - 2022 Diversity training clearly needed.
Purchased tuxedos from ISW outside the mall and went inside the mall for accessories. We walked in this store and was told we cannot browse by a rude woman at the counter. She kept repeating they rent tuxedos. Not what we wanted to see. We asked can we browse. She told us there was nothing to see only women's dresses. I am a woman. The 2 boys dates are female. Really none of her business who wears what attire. Her goal should be sales.

My mom and sister went dress shopping for my wedding and the store owner was BEYOND RUDE to my mom telling her that she can’t try on a dress because she’ll “break the zipper” WHAT?!?! My mom is like a size 10 or 12!! So they asked “Okay? Would be able to help us fine something that is her size?” And they were so adamant saying “No no she break zipper”
WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?!?! You don’t embarrass someone like that!!!
