If I were able to give them a zero I most certainly would. The manager is TERRIBLE to customers and employees alike. As the spouse of a former employee, when my spouse started certain things were put up front and center for scheduling purposes. Unfortunately, she didn't care once he was on the payroll. She has her son working there as well. She caters the schedule towards him and his needs. Not the store and other employees needs. Just hers and her sons. There has been money missing MANY times, of which is usually on her shift or her sons shift, yet won't do anything other then pass the blame onto others. How is that responsible as a store manager? It's not. I have worked retail for 20 years. I have seen my fair share of good and bad, this woman Mindie is EVIL. She is terrible to her employees. Terrible to her customers. She recently took a month off for her health, rather then handle it like and adult and make arrangements, she tried to LIE to her corporate office and asked a fellow employee to do the same so that she would be able to take advantage of STD. The company would be smart to let her go immediately. There is an Asst. Manager there who is sweet as can be. She is a dedicated employee. She refused to lie for the manager as she new it was wrong. She should be the Manager, but isn't. They put this other piece of work in that position. Unless she is gone the store in Medford, MN will go under, due to her management abilities or lack there of. Again, I have worked retail 20 plus years and been management. I have even run my own incredibly successful business. How she handles things is against the code of Ethics for the company. It's also morally wrong. I would stay away from this store until they replace her.
