Horrible
Our experience at this kool smiles was a headache to say the least. They kept getting my kids's names and insurance wrong and when I called to make appointments they told me multiple times they had no record of my kids ever being patients there. Kept receiving automated phone calls about appointments we never made under names that were not our children. The times we did go in we had paperwork nightmares because we had to keep filling out new patient forms and going back and forth about how my kids didn't have the type of insurance they were insisting we had. Maybe it was just the office we went to but we will not be going back there ever again. Also my youngest is absolutely traumatized since having a procedure done there that I am 90% sure was unnecessary. She still wakes up from nightmares screaming and is now terrified of the dentist.

Horrible!!! My child is 2 told it was a good and friendly environment... absolutely HORRIBLE!!! AND STAFF SUCKED . didn't even do the correct way.... Will never take my kids there again...please do not go here!
