L&T Nails - Fairfield Township, Ohio 45011 - Bridgewater Falls

L & T Nails Hamilton- went at 6:27 (close at 7), started signing sheet. She looked at clock, rudely told me "we have another one, over in Bridgewater". I said what?? She repeated. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I finally decided after 2 years to spend some money on myself and that's what I get? I have worked 1 full-time and 2 delivery jobs and was told basically to leave. I will never recommend this place. I'll do my own.

I literally went to this salon Friday. I just wanted a basic pedicure and full set. Somehow this ended up costing $110 because they started doing extra stuff to my feet and up charging me without asking. My feet are still dry and rough. Then, yesterday my nails started lifting and coming off. I contacted the manager and she suggested I leave work and come show her my feet and nails. I explained to her that is not a solution, I am not leaving my job for her to redo my nails. I also do not want them doing my nails or feet again seeing as to how I got overcharged and a terrible service. I want my money refunded. The manager started screaming that isn't fair to her and argued with me the whole time. I offered to send her pictures and she said no, that isn't fair either. She said she would have them redone and that was it. She then hung up on me. When I tried calling back she had turned the phone off. I tried calling a few times. I have never received such terrible service from a nail salon in my life. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to shellac about 15 times after I said no the first time. The lady who did my pedicure was really nice, but the guy doing my nails was kind of rude. The manager is extremely rude. Do not go here. It is such a waste of time and money.
