Poor Customer Service
I use to like going here but the customer service sucks now with these ladies! I dont know if the taller lady was having a bad day. When I went she had an attitude that I chose her to do my brows than she didn't sanitize her hands, she poked me with her nail, did a very poor job on my brows, and didn't put any aloe on after she was done. When I confronted her about everything her response was she's tired. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO SOMEWHERE WITH BETTER SERVICE!!!

Completely destroyed my eyebrows!
I already had a defined shape just asked needed an arch clean-up.
No shape-No arch- too much off the top and bottom brows brows not matching?
An Absolute total disaster! I knew it was hurting way more than normal threading..... NEVER AGAIN!
No offer to try and correct instead she gave me a 800# with no answer and turned her back on me.
