Running stolen cards without asking for IDs
My card was stolen and after reviewing the transactions these thieves made, I noticed this place was one of the places they made purchases with my card. It's sad these people (La Carrera de Lily) are so desperate for money they don't even bother to check for IDs when they run cards as credit. Definetly a ghetto place and never supporting this business!
Worst customer service!
One of the workers who worked in the carreta de lily right in front of theClair'store was so rude to say the least. One of my orders were messed up and the girl didn't take the initiative to fix it , instead I received nothing but a bad response, I asked for a straw and almost tree it in my hand. I wanted to speak with their manager and this was the guys response. "Oh yeah? You want to speak to my mom.." Whoever runs this place should get people who are mature,and doesn't act ghetto upon their customers. I will never buy from this place again, I hate it!
