Salespeople were really educated about their product. I liked that they weren't aggressive, let me look around.
Paid for 2 chairs in July. October: no chairs, no refund, no communication
Purchased two chairs in July. October 10. No chairs, no communication. No refund!
We ordered two chairs in mid-July. We paid for the chairs. We were told there was 92% likelyhood they would be ready in 9 - 12 weeks. No communication. On the 12th week I call to inquire about delivery. DECEMBER is the revised date for a July order. Maybe delays due to COVID. But zero communication. They didn't call me about the delay. I called to cancel the order. The manager said he'd look into and call back. Nothing! Buyer beware!!!!
