Sad that this Lands End store doesn't have plus sizes since the average American woman is a size 14. Sadder still that they have one clerk who REFUSES to honor Lands End coupons sent to us from the Lands End company. If the item is on sale this woman says"I'm NOT using a coupon! It's ALREADY on sale." Even when the coupon says it is good on entire order or good on both regular price and sale merchandise she WILL NOT deduct a coupon! I called the company and they disagree with her. This has happened 2x and I no longer shop at the Sears store because of it! Then I asked her to help me order merchandise on line that the store was out of. She insisted that it could only be ordered at regular price despite the fact that it was on sale in the store. I tried to take the feedback survey on the receipt to report her but I could only get to the second question until it kicks you back to the beginning. Just call me DONE WITH SEARS!!!!
