Poor customer service
I made a special trip here. 2 associates were standing at the door talking about her upcoming birthday party. Neither one acknowledged me when I walked in. I walked around for about 30 minutes needing help. There were about 3 customers in this store. Not one associate asked if I needed help or even spoke to me. Needless to say I walked out
