Reviews

Disappointed by ,
From the moment I began remodeling my kitchen I knew the final touches would be Le Creuset. The girl that assisted us was very nice but needed to ask someone else when I asked about sales, discounts etc. which was no problem at all but the lady she asked was very rude and pretentious. She watched every move I made like I was going to steal something, I would love to see someone try to steal cast iron Le Creuset, I can barely lift it to cook. We spent over $1,400 dollars and she made sure we received not a penny discount less. I wanted a 6 qt Dutch oven but the display was the only one they had; the bottom was completely damaged and she didn’t even want to give us a discount then said the most I can give you is 15%, did I mention anything in the store was 15%? So I obviously did not buy it. Bottom line I am disabled taking care of a 94 year old father. I am not rich, I saved for this day. I was so excited the day had come but the manager, I’m assuming she was the manager ruined my experience and ruined Le Creuset for me. I went on 2/6 and may be returning everything, the lady treated us as if we were beneath her, when I look back it was quite humiliating and we deserve an apology. For their selection it was very sparse on the colors they offer but if you want their red (Cerise I think it is called) they have plenty of that.
