Horrible customer service and bad business
I wouldn't even give this store 1 star. I will not be shopping at this store in the future. After a "new" sales associate told me that the 25 % off sign applied to my daughters $108 Vera Bradley bag she had an issue with the register, being new, so she had to go get her manager. She went and got him and he told me that the 25% off didn't apply because the sale starts tomorrow. I said, "then why is the sign already out on the table with the backpacks?" He said "I don't know, she put it out (referring to his new sales associate) and she shouldn't have." So he wouldn't honor the sign that was put out. Seriously, train your staff better or own up to a mistake and make it right. Horrible customer service.
