Horrible Customer Service
Unbelievably horrible customer service. The place is very dirty and not taken care of well: broken old furniture, equipment is not updated, etc. Simply disgusting! They definitely do not deserve such a prime location as Gurnee Mills. They will jack up their prices on the spot if there is something they do not like about you and tell you that their pricing just changed today! Very rude and unprofessional and absolutely not customer oriented!
