Reviews
Expensive and Uncooperative
I used to go to LensCrafters in the Ballston Mall when decent glasses were made in a hour or so. Now this shop is staffed by salespersons only interested in selling and charging high prices for glasses they do not support. I bought an expensive pair of glasses a little over a year ago with a high priced frame. A screw loosened and one of the lens fell out. The salesperson refused to replace the missing lens (with me paying for it.) He is someone I have dealt with over the years and is singularly more uncooperative. If you are not buying a new pair of glasses with all the high priced options, forget it. I recommend you go anywhere else to buy glasses. I will never use LensCrafters again.
