LensCrafters - Central Valley, New York NY 10917 - Woodbury Common Premium Outlets

I should have read the negative reviews prior to going to this horrible lenscrafters. Confirmed in advance & when arriving prior to exam what was going to be done. I came for a RX for Progressive lens, which require a SEG measurement & PD measurement. Prior to going into exam room I confirmed that it was going to be done. As, discovered upon checking the RX it is INCORRECT and if were used for glasses I won't be able to see!!!!! Horrible...I see by other reviews this has happened to customer in the past. I did write to corporate & am waiting for a Regional Mgr to get back to me,,,,but, again, based on previous reviews that doesn't happen. Upon speaking to someone who claims to be a Manager, that the store doesn't perform the services quoted to me, in fact, he stated if you want require the measurements it will be necessary for you to buy frames & lens from us and we don't disclose measurements!!!! So, bad RX, and I recently was struck by a car and run over hence the need to update my RX and get new lens. BTW, also checked my previous RX's over the years and the RX script given to me by this store is WEAKER than 10 years!!!! Where is the Regional Manager, is there actually such a person, I doubt it....But of the $$$$ for the Exam and I'm a senior citizen.
