If I could these people a 0 I would. Terrible facility they will take your money. Go somewhere else they are contracted and very unprofessional. Save your self a visit. I called 9x back to back from my personal number that they have on file (NO ANSWER)!!!!! I used another number they didn’t have on file then BOOOM I get a freaking answer from the receptionist. I advised her I was a cash patient and didn’t receive all of my criteria when paid $180.00 up front for everything. The doctor Thomas Lezaj said I could go online buy my glasses and contacts with these documents given after examination. I did exactly what he said and trusted his word I could go online no hassle and order from there. I get stopped at check out to ask my “PD” that I knew nothing about because this isn’t my profession. I wasted time and money to still need follow up service from this facility. The receptionist stated to me “go online and figure out your order PD” we don’t do that here you should of went on the sales floor to ask them your PD before leaving”. WHAT TYPE OF STATEMENT IS THAT TO SAY TO A PATIENT. This company gets your money and then don’t answer your calls once they are done and lie lie lie. Now I have to go spend money else where to get a PD.
