Meh … went a few times
I went several times when the store first opened. You can find some good deals, however, the name brand items aren’t cheaper than anywhere else. I bought their own brand of potato chips … yuck, threw them out. They were hard with no flavor. Checkout lanes are awkward and this store seems understaffed. Only one cart corral, often overflowing. I do better at Aldi & Walmart.
Okay store - very poor customer service
I find that the name brand items are the same price or higher priced than they are in regular grocery stores. The store brand isn’t bad. However I was treated so poorly by the store supervisor that I won’t go back. I was double charged for an item...received no ‘I’m sorry. I can fix that for you.’ Instead I was met with surliness, confrontation and an improper refund. Frustrated I said, ‘I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.’ The supervisor’s response was, ‘That’s fine, ma’am.’ Apparently they don’t value their customers.

I FREQUENT LIDL IN FOLSOM, PA AND ALTHOUGH I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE STORE AND MOST PURCHASES I AM CONFUSED AS TO WHY THE CIRCULAR HAS STUFF IN IT BUT THE STORE DOES'NT HAVE IT. THE EXCUSES I HEAR IS THE INAUGARATION HALTED THE DISTRIBUTION OR WHATEVER. FOR EXAMPLE, HEART SHAPED PIZZAS WERE IN THIS WEEK'S CIRCULAR AND NOT IN STORE. THE ONLY OTHER COMPLAINT I HAVE IS PRODUCTS DISAPPEAR FOR EXAMPLE BUTTER SPRAYS AND PAPER PLATES AND BOWLS WHICH HAS NOW REAPPEARED AGAIN. THANK YOU.
