Poor customer service
Walked in and no greeting given to every customer that walked after myself. Everyone and I mean every customer had to go to ask for customer service. Not once did the associates seek to help anyone in their own. There were two associates there. One working on stitching for a hat. The other just standing there. I asked the female associate about the $30 rack sale. I asked if everything on this rack was $30. She said yes. After grabbing something from that rack I was told it was not part of the sale. After I was reassured everything was $30 on that rack. I was denied. Instead of standing there, all associates should check racks for misplaced items. Poor customer service. Now I know why I rather spend money on other stores.
