Poor customer service
My son bought me a hat at your store for Father’s Day. I went today July 12th to exchange with original receipt. The hat I wanted was actually $7 less than the one I was returning & the guy at the register said that wasn’t allowed. I couldn’t exchange for something lower price. I said well you can refund the $7 to my sons Cc and he said not unless he’s here. I said can you put the $7 on a gift card and again he told me no said I could only exchange for the same price or a higher price item and pay the difference.????
