Exchange
I bought a hat for my son. The receipt was supposedly emailed to me. When I went to find it , i couldn't locate it. The hat was too small so i went back to exchange it tonight for a bigger size. It was in a lids bag with the tag on it, in perfect condition. The "manager" would not let me exchange it for a bigger size, literally an even exchange. She even admitted she remembered me buying it. She was so nasty. I would never buy anything there!!!!
