Not good customer service
My son got a cap for Christmas, he doesn't like wearing caps so we went to go get a refund. The employee said they could only do a refund to the original credit card, even though we had the gift receipt. What am i supposed to do, ask my brother in law for his credit card? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Way to keep customers happy. This store sucks!
