I went to Lids at Harlem/Irving to get a hat personalized with my friends name for Christmas. I had my own hat done recently, and it looked nice. After I had my friends hat stitched with his name I was not happy with the lettering. I had approved the lettering as it was before the work was done. When I mentioned this to the manager, she came across as very rude. She explained her policy and I understood, but she could have been nicer with her attitude. I will never shop at that store again.
