Went to Lids to get 3 numbers put on my company’s hat, and was treated poorly. The first worker who tried to put the numbers on made a pull in the hat, and just said oh it was the machines fault. The guy later said he can cover it up no problem. So after waiting 5 days for my hat to be done, I decided to walk into the store and see what the hold up was. They were working on other hats and forgot about mine. When he put the numbers on my hat the were not level and crooked as can be. He will offered no type of discount and could care less. Very unhappy with how it came out and unfortunately they ruined this hat.
