slanted stitch
I normally will never do this yet, what was spent and the service was horrible. I purchased a SF hat asked for it to be stitched with my last name. When I got it, it was visibly slanted-WTF!!! I was told that once I put it on it wouldn't show!!! I then asked for my receipt and was denied. I obviously left very upset...
