I coach youth football. Designed a logo for the team. Paid to have logo digitized so we could do custom hats. This hat will cost me almost $100 & I still don't have it personalized yet. The 1st guy put my logo on the wrong hat. New manager now & he purposely used a different string than the premium thread I asked for.
