I have loved Ann Taylor loft for over 20 years. Every single item in my closet is an Ann Taylor piece of clothing. Last week-end I had the most disturbing event when shopping at the Santa Anita Ann Taylor Loft. The store manager a woman by the name of Carissa was screaming at her employee to make sure and not let customers walk out with out signing up for a credit card(Ann Taylor). The line was so long to pay for the items. She was screaming at a Asian woman(customer). She asked; her employee to stop helping me and go get her lunch. She said; she was hungry and could not walk in her slippers in the mall to get her own lunch. So sad!!!!
