I've had the 9oz fillet (multiple times) and it is possibly the best cut of meat I've ever had. It has been consistently outstanding, especially with the baked sweet potato. You won't be disappointed. On the con side, I was a little bit disappointed with the ribs, but overall I give it a 5 star rating.
