Louis Vuitton
I walked into the oakbrook location 12/21/20 left very upset. I was in to see if i could do an exchange and i was also planning on purchasing, but decided not to because i was given very poor client service with the host. I believe her name was Angie. Very unfriendly, snotty and uncaring. I think if people walk in to spend money they should be given great client service. Im not speaking for all the hosts but some make the store bad. Will not be coming here again.

Very dissatisfied with the service at this store, he was very rude (don't know the name) Never in my life have I felt so offended. Star rating --- you don't deserve any star
The worst experience ever !
I’ve ever given anyone a bad review before but I have to now, i forgot his name but he was so rude to me he literally said out loud that he was going to look for something CHEAPER which he said so loud to make sure everyone around us could hear him which made me really uncomfortable, he doesn’t know how to work in the costumer service industry and if it were up to me he should be fired right away! I’ll never be using this location ever again. And by the way that was a fat guy
