Bad costumer service experience
I went to lovely eyebrows this past Sunday. The ladies were all sitting in a circle laughing with no clients. I asked, if they could refill my eyelashes. One of the ladies was rude and responded that it had to be made with an appointment and no further details were given to me, no phone number to call nor a business card so, that I can make an appointment. In fact, she didn't not even got up to greed me at the entrance she was shouting.
