WARNING! Horrible Customer Service.
WARNING! Horrible customer experience. We ordered a full sactional over three years ago and can't get them to match fabric to one of their most popular colors. The reality of the situation, is that they delivered a different fabric from what I originally ordered. Before delivery, someone removed all the skews and barcodes, so the fabric could never be matched again. It's sad that there's no support behind fixing a LoveSac mistake that leaves a client with mismatched furniture. Furniture for life, comes at a very high price! Be careful, they do not stand behind the promise.
