No receipt, No Final Sale Sign
Acceptable customer service but could not get a paper receipt after purchase. Was not aware of that, so I replied I will return an earring that I am iffy about. The response was "well I just processed your purchase but anyway all earrings are final sale." I looked around for a sign that said that, no sign. I would like to be well notified BEFORE purchasing. Feels like a tactic that makes me not trust the brand.
