Annoyed
I ordered a dishwasher 1 month ago on line. Only after they took my card number, was I then informed that this particular dishwasher was a "special order".
I then called back to the store today and was informed that it arrived yesterday from the manufacturer.
THEN I was told that a manager supposedly called me yesterday. THAT was a lie. Now I'm being told that they have 2 days to inspect the dishwasher to inform me when it could be installed.
They, (Lowes) are really dragging this out as long as possible. This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Bad customer service from start to finish.
