Retired chemical plant supervisor
I have been shopping at Lowes for a long time but I have "never " experienced anything like I did shopping there this morning . My wife and I were standing in the check out line in the garden/outdoor dept. I hear someone behind me really talking loud and fiercely dressing someone down . I turned around to see what the problem was and there was a elderly Lowes employee just being viciously attacked by a 6' 5" blond employee of your company . I might add this elderly employee is always working doing something every time I am there shopping . This blond was raising sand about the elderly employee putting flowers in places SHE didn't approve of . I felt so bad for the elderly person I went over and asked the blond boss to stop humiliating that woman and asked if she was this ladies boss and she said "no" . She then remarked that she wasn't going to talk to some one who didn't work for her company then walked away in a fit . This girl needs to be reprimanded and taught how to talk to people , can you handle this situation ?
