Horrible Service
I was very disappointed with my experience at lululemon in University Park Mall. I went in to make a return because I was not satisfied with the condition of my city sweat joggers and one of the male workers that day was extremely rude. He told me that this location does not follow the customer satisfaction guarantee that all stores should follow. When I reported that I was with my brother who is a TL at the keystone location and does this regularly he told me that I should go down there and do it because “we don’t do that here” Overall extremely upset with my customer experience and will not go to the University Park Mall location ever again.
