Great Customer Service
Appreciate health/safety guidelines at the door. It’s really cool to get to know the lush employees! They really dive into building connection with me. Although some of my favorite products are not available I was asked to create a customer profile to document my shopping experience. I love this because it helps us keep track of what products I have or haven’t tried, any allergies, as well as my top favorites(in store/ online). Thank you lush team for all the lovely self demos and samples! I love my Montalbano shampoo bar, Rose jam shower gel, Candy Rain conditioner, skin Drink face moisturizer, Breath of fresh air toner and my all time fav charity pot lotion!
