Rude staff & no info about their policy &cheating price
Its memorial day. After purchased the skin care items from their store, I found out their store have 15% discount of $100 for outlet members on the website. And I backed to them, they refused to admit the discount and treat us very rudely. I have to show the outlet website to them and their explanation is someone forget to update the website. Excuse me? It said memorial day discount. They are showing they do not want to talk to me and repeated to say its not their business. And the next day, I found out I buy a wrong item which i haven't open, I have to back to them ask for return. until then, they said their products cannot be return. Wtf? They are supposed to inform their clients at the first time they check out. This store is the most disgusting place that I ever be.
