We purchased two chairs, ottoman, and couch from Luxury of Leather. We paid top dollar for this furniture and I have been trying to locate them for the past few years... The couch frame is sagging across the front of the couch. I use to think it was my imagination, but the leather is now stretching and it looks like it is going to just collapse... This couch has had very little use, barely sat in... Does anyone know where I could get it repaired? It is under a lifetime warranty but I dont care at this point if I have to pay someone... we need to fix it before it gets beyond fixing.
