Horrible customer service 4 years ago, i tried again today, called today 10/19/18 at 1159 to make an appointment for makeup for 10/28/18, at 1149 am i was placed on hold for 9 min called back and after a 3 min hold I hhung upand decided to call later. At 3 pm I was greeted my somone saying they were the managerTinia, she said she dont know who i spoke w and apoligized. then she advised me that they just booked the last appointment for the day i was requesting just an hour ago-----how she knew that since she just arrived, go figure. said I can walk in and try to wait on 10/28/18....i advised her i will try another location close to my event. Just Horrible!!! i cant even type and explain the repeated horrible service at this location.
