Terrible Employee
The man working in the shoe department, who did not look professional or in work appropriate attire whatsoever, had the audacity to loudly tell me as I was trying on a pair of shoes that they were more expensive than what the average person could buy. And then proceeded to tell me that coupons and points did not work on those shoes. As if it were my first time purchasing shoes from Macy's. He then felt the need to tell me not to wear them all day as they would tire me out as I was purchasing them.. Completely unprofessional, discriminatory, and insulting behavior. I am ashamed he is employed for Macy's.
