a disabled person
No one was at most of the departments and the dressing rooms had clothes all over and the carpets were stained. I think anyone could have walked out if placed clothes under what they had on. I had to spend 20 minutes to check out with a cane and support house. I saw no signs of COVID 19 guidelines. I never want to shop again!
