Rude Customer Service
I contacted the Home Department on 1/11/2021 to ask a question about navigating the Macy's website. I guess the person couldn't be bothered to assist me or didn't know the answer to the question and they hung up on me. I'm a Macy's preferred customer, so they tell me when I contact them. I contacted Macy's customer service and the representative Jean said to just cancel my credit card.
