Terrible service
I went to this particular location to return some items. Every associate in the shoe and the cosmetic department was chit-chatting with other associates and ignoring customers. At the cosmetic department, the clerk was rude and patronizing to me. Never again. Obviously, these employees don't care if they keep their jobs. Lazy employees don't care about customer service.
