Return Policies hidden from customers
This is the worst company to deal with as far as retail shopping for women. Their managers have no compassion for their customers. They’re rude, dismissive and don’t service the customers as they should. Their return policies are not made clear for the customers to know before making a purchase. The sign for the policy is on the counter that gets covered by the clothes when you place them up there. The associates stand around talking too much.
