It was my daughter's first time jumping and basically she was unable to jump how she wanted to because the machine operator was focusing more on the other child. Poor customer service and bad attitude when the other child's mother mentioned my child not having a good experience. So I feel like I wasted my money and the machine operator seemed like she didn't want to fix the problem. My daughter and I were so disappointed. I was trying to reward her for working hard and passing her test in school
