A ripoff waiting to happen
They criminally overcharge for their catalogue quality jewelry, and their custom pieces are overpriced trash they put very little effort into, unless you're spending 10k or more. They'll keep pushing you to get financing so they can overcharge you, then sue you. They bank on customers ignorance of current market gold and diamond rates. Bunch of bastards, really.
