1) The staff was not welcoming upon arrival unlike previous experiences in your St Charles, Geneva & Aurora locations. 2) The stylist applied bleach to my scalp so fast that it was overlapping. She then used a wet and dry towel to remove the excess bleach. 3) After expressing my concerns, the stylist told me this is how I do all my blondes. 4) Furthermore, it appeared my stylist was more concerned about working on a co-worker’s hair. My hair was obviously not a priority. 5) Finally, the staff were face-timing each other and acting unprofessional. Not a calming spa experience. Although this was not a good experience it only got worse. After reviewing my bill, there was an additional $30 charge for toner. In the past and to my knowledge, toner is always included in double process. After contacting the salon, they stated the manager Marissa Paul would be in contact. After explaining the situation not only was she unapologetic she offered no resolution and more or less blew me off.

Never going back to a place where they just wanna try to convince me that they did a good job like I never had color before please save your money and go to a place with better reviews I wish someone would've suggest this to me :(
